The House on Fuller and Fisk
Hi all, Sorry that we haven't been in touch much lately, but we've been house hunting. Here's some pics of the house that we just made an offer on yesterday. Just heard back that they countered by $1000, and we're waiting for the paperwork. We offered more than their asking price and asked them to include some of the furniture… most of the stuff pictured was in our offer, including the stove and enamel-on-steel sink, the dining room set and china cabinet, the desk in the "den", a bed, two night stands, a dressing table, oh and the green chair AND the phonograph in the living room. Of course we have to still wait for the inspections, etc, but the first two BIG steps are behind us: offer and counteroffer.
